Some Inventions That Affect the World
As we all know, papermaking is one of the four most important inventions in ancient China. It was invented in the Western Han Dynasty. Paper is made from wood, ropes, rags and other things. Paper has had a great impact on developing our lives. Nowadays, paper is very useful in our work, study and daily life. We can use it to write, paint, print books and so on. It has made our lives more colorful.
On December 17th, 1903, the first plane made by the Wright brothers flew into the sky, and the first aircraft was made in Italy. The plane was made of metal and some other materials. Airplanes changed the world in the 20th century. People traveled farther, more easily and comfortably than before.
The telephone was invented by Alexander Bell in 1876. The first telephone in China was installed in 1877. Most telephones are metal and plastic. The telephone makes things easy in many ways. After the mobile phones appeared, people can keep in touch with someone at any time and in any place. We can say that nowadays we can’t live without the mobile phone.
