Sense of humour"and"jokes

Do you like jokes? Do you like hearing jokes or telling jokes? Do jokes always make you laugh?

    Sense of humour

Many people believe that we’re born with a sense of humour. This is not true! The ability to laugh"and"smile is there at birth in human babies. But that is not the same thing as a sense of humour. After all, when a baby laughs, we don’t rush over"and"say, “That kid has a great sense of humour!” You can develop your sense of humour over a lifetime. Lose your shy"and"nervous feelings"and"try to laugh at yourself — then you will make others laugh, too.

    Jokes are not everything

Humour includes a lot more than laughing"and"joke telling. Many people worry too much about not having a sense of humour because they are not good joke tellers. More than jokes, a sense of humour requires you to be willing"and"able to see the funny side of life’s situations as they happen. In fact, we can explain “a sense of humour” as “the ability to see the signs of something that is good in a situation”. The ability to tell jokes is only a small part of humour.

There may be a"thousand"different ways to express your sense of humour,"and"joke telling is only one of these ways. Some people take the time to keep jokes in mind,"and"they may even have good timing"and"be able to act. A person with a sense of humour can laugh or smile inside his heart when something goes wrong in everyday life.
