Over the last ten years, 1.7 million people have gone to the cinema in Britain every week. Seven out of ten people go to the cinema from time to time. Young people between the ages of 7"and"14 go most often. People over 45 seldom go. Ten years ago, 73 percent of British homes had video recorders. But today, people watch films on the Internet. It is the same in China.
Indians make the most films each year. In 1990, Indians made a record of 948 films. American films are second in number but the most popular. You can see American films in almost every country in the world. China has risen to third place this year. In 2010, China made 526 films. China’s box office receipts have increased by one third over the last year. Countries such as Japan"and"France also make many films.
In Britain"and"America, there are special systems for films. The systems can keep young people away from harmful films. Maybe China will have a similar system in the future.
