Agnes’ New Life
Dear Sam,
I made a lot of new friends! They’re short, yellow"and"cute. They all like eating bananas, because they think it’s good for their health. They look like each other, but they’re different.
Look! This is Phil. He likes doing housework. He cleans his room almost every day, although it’s not dirty. After that, he usually drinks a cup of coffee.
Kevin likes exercise"and"he thinks the best way to relax is through exercise, such as playing golf. His favorite sport is golf. It’s healthy for the mind"and"the body. Phil"and"he play it together at least twice a week. He has lots of other good habits, too. Once a month he goes to the dentist for teeth cleaning"and"he hardly ever eats junk food. He never stays up late.
Tim is quiet. He is a writer, so he spends 80 percent of his time reading books"and"magazines. He often goes online"and"uses the Internet for his writing. Sometimes he watches television programs on weekends, but for less than an hour a day.
My new friends are very nice. We usually play together.
